Dr. Brown continues to examine the message of false assurance that tells unrepentant sinners that they are assured of God’s salvation if they claim to have once been saved, and then comments on the new Showtime reality TV show featuring “polyamorous” families.
Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: Let us not be like the false prophets of Israel who said to God’s sinning people, “Peace! Peace!” when there was no peace. Let’s tell the truth in love, and the power of the Spirit will leave the consequences to God.
Dr. Brown’s Bottom Line: God said to Jeremiah, “Go back to the ancient past.” God established in the law not to move the boundary stones. We tamper with the boundary stones, the ancient foundation is at our own peril.
